1. Construction industry: stainless steel pipes, stainless steel doors and Windows, stainless steel decorative materials, etc. 2. Chemical industry: production of chemical equipment, pipelines, valves, storage tanks, etc.
Stainless steel coil has a long history of application in the field of construction and is also one of the widely used fields. In construction and home decoration, stainless steel coil is often used in the exterior walls of high-rise buildings, indoor and outdoor columns.
304 stainless steel coil has an excellent combination of corrosion resistance and formability. It is a versatile alloy that welds well without filler. It’s commonly used in stampings and drawn parts. It’s non-magnetic in the annealed state and become magnetic with work hardening.
316 stainless steel coil is an austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel containing molybdenum. This addition increases general corrosion resistance, improves resistance to pitting from chloride ion solutions, and provides increased strength at elevated temperatures. Type 316L is an extra-low carbon version of type 316 stainless steel that minimizes harmful carbide precipitation due to welding.
430 Stainless Steel Coil is a type of ferric stainless steel known for excellent rust prevention and being easy to form, at a reasonable cost. The good ability of this grade to resist oxidation and mild corrosive conditions has led to its use on automotive trim, kitchen appliances and architectural panels.
Type 321 is a titanium stabilized chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel with corrosion resistance similar to 304/304L. Type 321 has excellent intergranular corrosion resistance after exposure to this temperature range, and this grade resists oxidation up to 1500˚F. It also possesses good low temperature toughness and is non-magnetic in the annealed condition.
The surface treatment of stainless steel plates, such as the coloring and coating of stainless steel plates, can solve the problem of handprints after touch, improve the decorative beauty, and further expand the application field of stainless steel sheets.
Food industry: production of food processing equipment, food containers, kitchenware, etc. Energy industry: production of nuclear power plant equipment, petrochemical equipment, wind turbines, etc. Medical industry: production of surgical instruments, medical instruments, medical appliances, etc.
The nickel content in SS 904L protects against stress corrosion and cracking, and the material exhibits exceptional resistance to chloride attack, pitting, or crevice corrosion.SS 904L retains its non-magnetic properties and has excellent weldability and formability over various environmental conditions. It also has remarkable tenacity and can function normally even when exposed to freezing temperatures.
